Reading the Qur'an is not only limited to interpreting letters and words, but involves understanding the meaning of the Qur'an. Efforts to form Qur'anic reading skills are an integral part of Islamic religious education which includes training in tajweed, makhrijul letters, and Nagham Al-Qur'an, manners of reading the Qur'an, and the messages contained in the verses of the Qur'an. Second, digital-based Qur'an learning management includes several aspects including (1) planning including determining learning objectives, designing learning materials, and scheduling learning; (2) organizing includes the management of digital learning platforms and the determination of roles or responsibilities for educators, students and administrators of digital platforms; (3) leadership (leading) includes providing guidance and motivation as well as teacher skills; (4) Supervision (controlling) learning evaluation and monitoring of learning platforms. Third, digital transformation is able to improve the skills of reading the Qur'an. This digital transformation changes the traditional learning paradigm to be modern and innovative. There are several efforts made to ensure the quality of graduates, namely discipline, example, student achievement cards, rewards and punishments, optimizing the role of leaders, preparing professional educators, fostering qualifications and improving teacher competence, improving public relations, increasing class hours for those who will take the final exam, guiding outstanding students, praying for students, holding learning programs for TPQ graduates. The supporting and management factors in ensuring the quality of graduates come from teachers, high student will, and parental support. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the recitation schedule that clashes with the school schedule, the lack of learning spaces, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of financing as one of the biggest inhibiting factors in ensuring the quality of graduates, for example, the incentive for TPQ teachers which is still relatively minimal, the cost of electricity increases, so that income and expenditure are unbalanced.</p> Ahmad Cahyo Copyright (c) 2024 2024-10-10 2024-10-10 6 1 21 32 MANAJEMEN LEMBAGA PENGEMBANGAN TILAWATIL QUR’AN DKI JAKARTA DALAM MEMPERSIAPKAN KUALITAS CALON DUTA PESERTA MTQ DAN STQ https://jurnal.fatahillah.ac.id/index.php/elmoona/article/view/65 <p>This study examines the management strategy of LPTQ DKI Jakarta in preparing prospective ambassadors for MTQ/STQ participants. To produce credible research findings, this research uses qualitative methodological tools, where data is collected based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that LPTQ DKI Jakarta implements three main strategies, namely the planning, organizing and implementation stages. Planning includes the recruitment of participants from the village level to the mayor level through coaching centers. Organizing involves the establishment of an administrative structure at each level and the selection of the best participants to be trained at the provincial level. The implementation stage includes advanced level coaching through continuous training and intensive quarantine. In addition, improving the quality of participants is carried out through long-term recruitment, talent guidance, and intensive coaching. LPTQ DKI Jakarta's significant contribution can be seen in the achievement of national achievements, which are fully supported by the provincial government through grant funding.
